For clinics and practices in Switzerland

Clinically excellent.
Operationally stretched.

I fix the patients, process, and people problems that eat your evenings — so your practice runs like the care you provide actually deserves.

The diagnosis

Three places where clinics quietly lose patients — and money.

Not a rebrand. Not a generic "growth strategy." A working diagnosis of what's actually costing you time, staff, and chairs — with a fix for each.

I — Patients

Patient flow & retention

SymptomPatients book, then don't show. Or they come once and don't return. Nobody's tracking why.
Rx A patient journey redesigned from first contact to follow-up — so the chairs you fill, you keep.
II — Process

Scheduling & operations

SymptomFully booked on paper, half-empty by 3pm. The front desk is firefighting instead of converting.
Rx Intake, scheduling, and referral systems rebuilt so your team converts enquiries and fills gaps — without the chaos.
III — People

Hiring & training

SymptomYou're stuck in a loop — someone leaves, you hire in a rush, they're not quite right, repeat. Training takes forever and relies on you.
Rx A hiring and onboarding system that finds the right people and gets them up to speed without you having to run every session yourself.

Why me

12+ years inside Swiss healthcare — never as a patient, always at the table.

I spent over a decade in commercial roles across Boston Scientific, Abbott Medical, and others — building referral and KOL networks between surgeons, hospital management, and purchasers across Switzerland and Austria. I've sat in the rooms where clinical excellence and business reality collide, and learned what actually moves both.

I also grew up around two physician-owned practices. I watched that exact gap — brilliant clinicians, chaotic back office — long before it was my job to close it.

Two Master's degrees in International Business sit alongside a postgraduate diploma in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health (King's College London): running a practice starts with understanding business, and fixing "people problems" starts with actually understanding people.

Next step

Give me 45 minutes — I'll show you exactly where your PPP gaps are.

We'll map your Patients, Process, and People against the PPP system, identify your biggest bottleneck, and I'll show you what fixing it looks like in practice. If it's not the right fit, I'll tell you that too.
