Clinically excellent.
Operationally stretched.

I fix the people, process, and visibility problems that eat your evenings — so your practice runs like the care you provide actually deserves.

The diagnosis

Three places clinics quietly lose money — and patients.

Not a rebrand. Not a generic "growth strategy." A working diagnosis of what's actually costing you time, staff, and chairs — with a fix for each.

Why me

12+ years inside Swiss healthcare — never as a patient, always at the table.

I spent over a decade in commercial roles across Boston Scientific, Abbott Medical, and others — building referral and KOL networks between surgeons, hospital management, and purchasers across Switzerland and Austria. I've sat in the rooms where clinical excellence and business reality collide, and learned what actually moves both.

I also grew up around two physician-owned practices. I watched that exact gap — brilliant clinicians, chaotic back office — long before it was my job to close it.

Two Master's degrees in International Business sit alongside a postgraduate diploma in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health (King's College London): running a practice starts with understanding business, and fixing "people problems" starts with actually understanding people.

Available to work with your team in English, French, Spanish, or German.
