You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner regarding data protection concerns.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, data processing practices or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be published on this website with its latest revision date.
Flodesk (email capture form): Your website currently embeds a Flodesk form that collects email addresses. Flodesk processes subscriber data and may operate servers outside Switzerland. Section 3 currently states you do not automatically subscribe visitors to marketing — if the Flodesk form adds people to a list, that statement should be updated, and the form should carry a clear consent tick-box or disclosure.
Calendly (call booking): The site links to Calendly for diagnostic call bookings. Calendly collects name, email, timezone and appointment data and processes it on US servers. This is not currently mentioned in the policy. Consider adding Calendly to Section 4 or Section 5.
Ablefy (payments): The offer pages use Ablefy for payment processing. Section 5 refers generically to "payment processing" — you may wish to name Ablefy explicitly and link to their privacy policy.
Stripe: The CHF 15,000 offer page still links to a Stripe payment page. If Stripe is in active use, it should be mentioned alongside Ablefy.
Google Fonts: The site loads fonts from fonts.googleapis.com, which logs visitor IP addresses on font requests. This is common practice but technically involves data processing by Google, which could be noted in Section 8.
No placeholders to complete: The policy text you provided contains no bracketed placeholders — it is complete as written.
